We reserve the right to add a charge of 2.5% if paying by credit card. And 2% if paying via paypal

Refunds

If you are not happy with your garden furniture order when it arrives , please in the first instance telephone us. If your order has arrived with you damaged then we will of course replace it for you free of charge, but if it is the case that you no longer want the item or have simply changed your mind, you will be liable for the cost of returning the item to us and the original delivery cost before we issue a product refund.  Any refunds will take place within a 30 day period after the items have been returned and inspected.

Cancellations

We aim to deliver within 10 working days, but please allow up to 20 working days during our busiest times. Please notify us within 48 hours from ordering if you wish to cancel this must be done with a confirmation email from ourselves for a full refund.
If the product is a made to measure product and the design & dimensions have been agreed by you we can only refund 50% of the price upon return.

If, upon delivery, the packaging covering your goods appears to be damaged, or you suspect that the goods may have been damaged in transit, please sign for as UNCHECKED or DAMAGED and notify us within 24 hours via an email with photos of damage.

Haleywood  cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage of goods left unsigned for at your request. We do inform you a date of delivery if you do miss two attempts the third will be at your own cost. If you are away please let us know so we can arrange delivery around yourself.

Due to the nature of wood, Splits may occur which is a natural occurrence when wood expands and contracts. This will not affect the stability of the planters and garden furniture.
